GITAAA

Terms & conditions

The rules for browsing, accounts, orders and the use of digital assets.

Service & account responsibilities

GITAAA presents digital resources for Unreal Engine and Unity. Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise; tell us about suspected unauthorised access through the contact channels once published.

Product information & compatibility

Before ordering, read the product description, supported engine, version, price and licensing terms. Preview items are clearly labelled as examples and are not actual products for sale. Compatibility with your project is determined by the individual asset and your environment.

Orders & current service availability

Orders use server catalog prices. Checkout confirms the charged currency and amount; exchange rates may change. Unpaid orders are not proof of payment or a licence grant. After payment, contact support from purchase history for a download link. Asset availability and licences follow the product terms.

Digital asset licences

Rights are defined by the licence accompanying the individual product, not by simply viewing or adding it to a cart. Commercial use, team size and redistribution conditions may differ. Unless expressly permitted, do not resell, publicly share or repackage the asset itself. Ask for clarification where a licence is unclear.

Responsible use & assistance

Do not abuse accounts, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or infringe other people’s rights. For compatibility, order or rights concerns, prepare the asset link and relevant evidence. Any remedy or refund for a completed transaction must follow the applicable product terms and mandatory law.

Changes & disputes

Functionality and product availability may change; the interface describes the service currently offered. Material changes to these terms will show an updated date and do not remove mandatory rights relating to existing transactions. Seek resolution through published contact channels first; unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law.
